Since National Dog Day will be celebrated again on August 26th, like every year, I designed this FREE Dog Care Planner to help owners document critical information about their dogs, which might be crucial at some point in their lives or their dogs’ lives.

It is horrible how these magnificent companions are used as breeding machines in puppy mills and how many shelters are forced to put hundreds of them to sleep every year. National Dog Day aims to raise awareness about adopting these great human companions, regardless of breed, to minimize that situation.

The person I admire and follow to raise my dogs has always been Cesar Milan, The Dog Whisperer. His books and show have always taught me essential lessons about raising my girls as well-behaved family members, with me as a pack leader, and I would like to recommend the books I have used. You can find them at our local library, used book store, and on Amazon. Clicking the titles will take you to the right page through my affiliate link.

Dog Care Planner

Adopting one dog will allow you to teach your children about their responsibilities to care for and protect these human companions and animals in general, to respect nature, to raise their awareness about the dangers that many species are facing, and to help them become advocates for the future of all animals.

I hope you enjoy this planner, which will help you raise your dog from puppyhood to adulthood. You can get your FREE Dog Care Planner at the bottom below.
