Halloween Activities
“For as children tremble and fear everything in the blind darkness, so we in the light sometimes fear what is no more to be feared than the things children in the dark hold in terror and imagine will come true.” – Titus Lucretius Carus.
Halloween has special significance for children. They look forward to the day when they can bring their imaginations to life by dressing up in all kinds of costumes, scaring their friends, and going trick-or-treating around their neighborhood. This allows us to capitalize on their enthusiasm and engage in new educational activities.
Here, we’ve rounded up all our Halloween activities so you can take advantage of what the celebration has to offer for your preschool classroom or at home. Just click on the link provided for each image.
